1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bab8 ("bab8", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bab8 online gaming platform accessible at bab8.pro, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and related services provided therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the bab8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bab8 platform.

• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player whose account has been previously closed by bab8 for any reason, including prior Terms violations.
• You must hold a valid payment method registered in your own name that is accepted by bab8 — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or a supported Bangladesh bank account — for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each User is permitted to hold only one active bab8 account. Multiple account registration — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. bab8 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and will close duplicates and may withhold balances pending investigation.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. bab8 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify bab8 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account. Contact bab8 via [email protected].
• bab8 reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification at any time, including but not limited to circumstances where fraudulent activity is suspected, a chargeback has been initiated, or KYC documentation has been requested and not yet received.
• Account transfers between Users are prohibited. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or permit the use of your bab8 account by any third party under any circumstances.
• bab8 will send account notifications, verification codes, and important service communications to the mobile number registered on your account. It is your responsibility to ensure this number remains current and accessible.

bab8 may, in its sole discretion, refuse to open an account, close an existing account, or withhold account funds pending investigation where it reasonably suspects that an account has been opened, used, or is being used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on bab8 are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). bab8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following Bangladesh payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported local bank transfers. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bab8 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside bab8's control.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the bab8 wallet within seconds of transaction confirmation on the mobile money network. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bab8 will only process withdrawal requests to a payment method registered in the same name as the bab8 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where bab8 reasonably requires additional documentation.
• bab8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies without prejudice to the Player's eligibility.
• Deposited funds that have not been used in any gaming activity and are requested for withdrawal within 24 hours of deposit may be subject to additional verification. bab8 processes all transactions in BDT only; currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the User.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bab8 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, and Eid. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each offer:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Users once only unless explicitly stated otherwise. bab8 may verify eligibility prior to crediting any bonus amount. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times constitutes abuse and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in the bab8 wallet. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• The specific wagering requirement multiplier (rollover) applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default rollover of 20x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• bab8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the bab8 platform. Bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering are not affected by prospective cancellations.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly without completion of wagering requirements, or combined with other bonus offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. bab8 will void any bonus obtained through abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusion.

Free spin bonuses are valid only on the games specified in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the applicable wagering requirement stated in the promotion. Expired free spins cannot be reactivated.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the bab8 platform are supplied by third-party game studios and providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. The following terms govern gameplay conduct and dispute resolution:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems operated by the game provider. bab8 does not modify game logic, suppress wins, or influence game outcomes in any way. Published RTP values reflect the long-term statistical return rate as certified by the provider.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Player's device and the result recorded in the bab8 server log, the server log result shall prevail for settlement purposes. bab8 will investigate all reported discrepancies promptly.
• bab8 reserves the right to void any bet or game session where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, or software error that materially affected the game outcome. In such cases, stakes will be refunded to the Player's wallet.
• Cricket betting markets are settled according to official match results as confirmed by the relevant cricket board (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In-play markets are settled using live data feeds. bab8 will re-settle any market where an official result is revised and will adjust Player balances accordingly.

8. Responsible Gaming

bab8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players manage their gaming activity. bab8 recognises that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become problematic. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time-out: Users may set a session time limit after which they will be automatically logged out. This feature is designed to encourage regular breaks and prevent extended uninterrupted play sessions.
• Reality check reminders: Users may configure periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net win/loss position. These are available from the account settings menu.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bab8 and constitute a material breach of these Terms, entitling bab8 to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any balance pending investigation:

• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the bab8 platform for any purpose connected with the proceeds of crime.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, including use of another person's identity documents for registration.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with bab8 games or betting markets in place of genuine human play.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, systematically exploiting low-risk betting strategies to drain bonus funds, or colluding with other Players to share bonus value.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, overload, or otherwise compromise the security or technical integrity of the bab8 platform, its APIs, or its third-party game integrations.
• Using the bab8 platform for any commercial purpose, including advertising, affiliate marketing without authorisation, or systematic resale of game credits or winnings.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bab8 platform — including but not limited to the bab8 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, promotional materials, and structural layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of bab8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bab8 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of bab8 content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bab8 hereby excludes all liability to Users for losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or in connection with the use of the bab8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses sustained in the ordinary course of play, including losses arising from a series of unfavourable outcomes, regardless of their magnitude or frequency.
• Loss of access to the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical downtime, internet service disruption, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.
• Any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the bab8 platform, even if bab8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from identified Terms violations or prohibited activity.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

bab8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on bab8, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bab8 employs SSL encryption on all data transmissions and does not sell personal data to third parties. 13. Amendments to These Terms

bab8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bab8 will notify registered Users via the platform interface or by message to the registered mobile number. The updated Terms will specify the date they take effect.

Continued use of the bab8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available real-money balance by contacting [email protected].

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the bab8 platform, or any game or transaction conducted on the platform shall be submitted to bab8 customer support in the first instance, via [email protected], with a view to achieving an amicable resolution within 30 calendar days of the dispute being raised.

bab8's decision on any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, or Terms interpretation shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error or fraud. Players who disagree with a decision may escalate in writing to [email protected], clearly stating the grounds for the escalation and the resolution sought.
